Lil Wayne and Supra announced their collaboration deal earlier this year and after weeks of wait we finally have a first look at Weezy’s sneaker. This special edition version of the S1W comes in an all red styling with a mixture of full grain leather and suede covering the upper. Aside from the usual Stevie Williams branding you can find “Carter IV” marked on the insoles.
