“The Boss” Passes Away at 80

Its a sad day in the Ferguson household.

George Steinbrenner died Tuesday morning, his family confirmed in a statement.

“It is with profound sadness that the family of George M. Steinbrenner III announces his passing. He passed away this morning in Tampa, Fla., at age 80,” the family said in a statement.

The New York Daily News reported that Steinbrenner died around 6:30 a.m. ET Tuesday in Tampa, Fla.

WABC-TV in New York reported that Steinbrenner, the Yankees’ owner since 1973, suffered a massive heart attack.

Steinbrenner, who celebrated his 80th birthday on July 4, was taken to a Tampa hospital after emergency crews responded to his home Monday night.

Steinbrenner gave his sons, Hal and Hank, day-to-day control of the team in late 2007.

He told The Associated Press last week that he was “feeling good” after spending a couple hours in his office at the Yankees’ spring training complex.

Under his ownership, the Yankees have won 11 AL pennants and seven World Series titles.

Arturo Gatti Found Dead

One of my favorite fighters of all time, Arturo Thunder Gatti was found dead in a hotel room in Brazil. Whats going on with these athletes getting rubbed out?

Michael Jackson’s Spectacle Was Interesting

I watched bits and pieces of the Michael Jackson spectacle today and I noticed a couple of things.

1) Where was Macaulay Culkin? He and Michael were butt-buddies… I mean the closest of buddies back in the early 90′s.

Wheres Michaels hand?

Macaulay not being at that show-of-a-funeral only proved to me that Michael knows what the inside of Culkins booty hole feels like.

2) Where was Emmanuel Lewis? Michael Jackson carried his ass at the music awards.

I’ll tell you why lil’ Manny didnt show up at the funeral extravaganza. That night of the music awards Micheal said to Brooke Shields:

Do you remember how you told me that you wanted you wanted to get wild and be with a Black guy? Well since I dont want to be Black anymore, I found one for you. Not only is he Black, he’s a midget too!

Later that night they went back to Neverland Ranch and lil’ Manny was tappin that ass Dwarfy style. But he noticed that Michael was standing behind him fiddling with his pooper.
