Why Is N. Korea Still A Threat?

The AP is reporting that N. Korea is planning on launching a missile towards Hawaii on or near the 4th of July. And my question is, why is N. Korea still a threat? Over 90% of that third-world country doesnt even have electricity.

Message to President Obama:
Pimp, Playah, Patnah, Prez, when are you going to send Kum Jung Il a message? And Im not talking about, “Please dont test any nuclear missiles.” shit either. Im talking about telling him something along the lines of,

I just read that Mahmoud Ahmadinejizz was “re-elected” again in Iran. Why would those people over there want him as a President? Its crazy to even think that 4 people voted for him. Heres a guy who is considered to be one of the craziest people on the Earth let alone the Middle East.

N. Korea Dont Play Around!

Euna Lee and Laura Ling got 12 years in prison in N. Korea just for walking around. Could you imagine how much time they would have gotten if they did something wrong? That brings me to this Kum Jung Il, for a little guy he got a lot of balls. First sending up test missiles and now sentencing those chicks to 12 years. Kum Jung Il clearly doesnt know not to fuck with Obama.
