Cheap Shot or Defend Yourself At All Times?

If you missed it, in the 4th round of the Mayweather – Ortiz fight, Victor Ortiz decided to purposely head-butt Mayweather by pinning him up against the ropes and jumping into Floyds chin. Referee Joe “Im Fair But Im Firm” Cortez rightfully took a point away from Ortiz. He then instructed the fighters to continue. Ortiz wanted to apologize to Floyd for a 3rd time. Floyd them proceeded to drop Ortiz with as he put it in the greatest post fight interview, “That was a left hook… and a right… and thats all she wrote.”

“I Wish I Was 50 Years Younger, I’d Kick Your Ass!”

My buddies and I watched the controversial knock out about 20 – 30 times and because my buddies are Mexican and Black, needless to say we couldnt come to an agreement as to whether or not it was a cheap shot. In my humble opinion the cheap shot was from Ortiz and his head-butt.

HOWEVER!

Pretty Boy Floyd Mayweather and Larry Merchant had the greatest post fight interview in the history of boxing and maybe even wrestling. Watch the video before that gets taken down too.
