UFC And Pride

I just found out that UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship) has bought out Pride Fighting for less than 70 million.

Im posing this question to the UFC; Why hasnt the UFC contacted Kimbo Slice? He might be the ultimate fighter. At least on the internet. Kimbo has lost only once from what I know. And that fight the guy wasnt fighting by the rules.

Kimbo would make the UFC a killing!
